Before Your Sweep...
    In preparation for your
sweep, we ask that you please
    follow the guidelines below:

  • Be sure that your stove has not been used
for at least twelve hours prior to your
    appointment

  • Clear everything from your hearth and
mantel, allowing for at least four feet of
    clear space around fireplace

  • Make sure that there is reasonable access to
the roof and a clear space for our ladders as
well as a working outlet for our vacuum

  • During the winter, please shovel your walk
way and/or driveway so that our technicians
can safely move their ladders and other
equipment. (A $25 fee will be added if we
have to shovel our own path. Thank you for
    your consideration!)

  • For their safety, please keep pets and
    children clear of the fireplace

  • Your technician will need approximately 20
minutes of your time to report on the health
of your chimney / fireplace after the sweep
    is completed

  • If you have a manual for your woodburning
stove or insert, it is helpful to have that
    handy.

  • Payment is due at the time of service. We
    accept checks, cash, Visa, Mastercard,
    American Express and Pay Pal

Please note that during the fall and winter months your
sweep may be rescheduled if extreme ice and/or snow
conditions are present. Thank you for your understanding.
We cannot be held
responsible for broken or
damaged baffle boards or
